How to Order

There are several ways of buying goods from the Brontė Parsonage Museum Shop:

On-line www.bronte.info
To place an order simply select the item and quantity you require and click the add to cart, then click the Proceed to checkout button if you have finished ordering, or click the Continue shopping button if you would like to order further items. When you are at the checkout page fill in the required details and when you have submitted your order you will be taken to the secure Paypal payment facility where you can use your credit card or a Paypal account to make a payment. When we have received your payment, your order will then be processed. You can see the status of your order by logging in to the account you will have created during the ordering process. We will also send you an email when we dispatch your order.

HOW TO PAY

By Card
We accept all major credit cards. For phone orders you will be asked for your 3 digit security number which is located on the back of your card (front of card for Amex).

By Cheque (except on-line orders)
Please make cheques and postal orders payable to The Brontė Society and on the back please write your home address, cheque guarantee number, expiry date and issue number (switch only).

RETURNS
We are very happy with the quality of the products we sell and hope you will feel the same way about them. However, if for any reason you don’t, please return them to us unused and in the original packaging and we will be happy to exchange or refund the item at the original purchase price excluding delivery costs. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage other than for incorrect or faulty items. Sadly we also cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us, so always obtain a certification of posting as proof of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
